1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the e666 platform, including the website at e666.im, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any products or services offered through those channels (collectively, the "Service"). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and e666 ("e666", "we", "us", "our").

By completing the e666 registration process, by logging into an existing e666 account, or by using any part of the e666 Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the e666 Service following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the e666 Privacy Policy and the e666 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an e666 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• You are at least 21 years of age. e666 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the Service under any circumstances.
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which accessing or participating in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of e666 or any of its affiliated game providers or software partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the e666 platform or had an account closed by e666 for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

e666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any associated funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered e666 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, e666 will close all but the first-registered account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the e666 registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and active contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify e666 promptly of any changes via the account settings page or by contacting support at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e666 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. e666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact e666 support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

e666 applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its internal anti-money laundering procedures. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time e666 reasonably deems verification necessary:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot or statement from bKash, Nagad, or Rocket confirming the registered mobile number)

e666 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the e666 Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

e666 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on e666 is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though e666 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or risk management procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification status and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 1 business day. e666 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.4 Own-Account Restriction

Deposits to and withdrawals from your e666 account must originate from and return to a payment method registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. Any withdrawal request to a payment method not matching the identity on your e666 account will be rejected pending investigation.

4.5 Currency

All e666 account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). e666 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers available on the e666 platform are subject to individual offer terms, which are published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requires that your e666 account is fully verified, in good standing, and that you have not previously abused bonus offers on the platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your e666 account are subject to wagering requirements unless the individual promotion explicitly states otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

e666 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: exploiting wagering requirements through low-risk hedged betting strategies; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; providing false information to obtain a bonus; or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

5.4 Modifications to Promotions

e666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated mid-period, e666 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected players, but accepts no liability for losses arising from such termination.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the e666 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters pertaining to that game's mechanics, payout calculations, and round outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error occurring during active gameplay, e666 will use its reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned. e666 will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside of its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, device failures, or third-party platform errors.

6.3 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by e666's sportsbook rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms. Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL). e666 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances of match manipulation, force majeure, or data feed error.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live casino game are displayed within the game interface and on the relevant provider's published documentation. e666 accepts no liability for interruptions to live game streams caused by the third-party provider's infrastructure or internet conditions.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one e666 account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the e666 platform in a manner not available to standard users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the e666 platform's software or infrastructure

• Using a payment method that you do not own or for which you do not have express authorisation

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the e666 platform — including but not limited to the e666 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, promotional materials, game assets supplied under licence, and software — is either owned by e666 or licensed to e666 by its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the e666 Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any e666 content without prior written authorisation from e666.

Game assets, audio-visual elements, and software components associated with third-party games available on e666 (such as those by Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming) remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios and are governed by their individual licensing arrangements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e666 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the e666 Service, even if e666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

e666's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of the deposits you have made to your e666 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The e666 Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. e666 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

e666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the e666 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

e666 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect player data in transit and at rest. e666 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, KYC verification services) solely to the extent necessary to provide the e666 Service.

12 Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your e666 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, provided your account is in good standing and all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Closure by e666

e666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring such action
• Inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in e666's internal account management policy

Where an account is closed by e666 for reasons other than player misconduct, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's last known payment method after all investigations are concluded.

13 Amendments to These Terms

e666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, e666 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice via the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the e666 Service after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and request account closure as described in Section 12.1 above.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and e666 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the e666 Service, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting e666 support at [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute and your desired resolution.

e666 will acknowledge dispute notifications within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will work in good faith to reach a resolution within a reasonable period. Where informal resolution is not achievable, the parties agree that the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this section limits e666's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unlawful conduct.
